Tour overview

One hundred meters above the Caribbean Sea, the entire coastline of Punta Cana stretches out beneath you. The water is every shade of blue. The wind is warm. And for a few minutes, you're completely free. That's parasailing — and it's followed immediately by a catamaran cruise back to shore with a cold drink in your hand. The perfect afternoon in Punta Cana.

What happens on this tour

1

The tour departs at 3:00 PM on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. After hotel pickup, you board the catamaran at the marina and set sail with the open bar already open. Once at the parasailing area, the crew sets everything up. Your harness goes on, a brief safety rundown, and then the winch starts turning. Within seconds you're rising to 100 meters — until the boat is a small shape below and the horizon opens in every direction.

2

The flight lasts about 8 minutes. The crew brings you back down gently, and from there the catamaran takes over — cruise back along the coast, drink in hand, watching the sun drop toward the water. It's a near-perfect afternoon.
