What happens on this tour
The waters 15–25 miles offshore from Punta Cana are world-class fishing grounds. Blue marlin, white marlin, mahi-mahi, wahoo, yellowfin tuna, and sailfish are all active year-round with varying peak seasons. Your captain will target the species most active on the day, reading current patterns and temperature breaks to put the lines in the best possible position. When something bites, it’s your turn.
The yacht is air-conditioned, with comfortable seating, a full cabin, and all the safety equipment you’d expect from a professional charter operation. Your crew sets the trolling lines, monitors the rods, and coaches you through the fight when a fish is on. The charter operates catch-and-release by default for large pelagic species, with arrangements available for smaller fish you’d like to keep.
